With over 15 years of experience Kandacon has grown into a full service building & construction company - specialising in both domestic & commercial works, as well as large scale project management.
Humble Beginnings
Kandacon is a Melbourne based full service building & construction company grown from humble beginnings. Founder, James Kandilakis, started out forging a reliable reputation with a small carpentry team completing quality domestic & commercial works. Since then, James has evolved the business into a full services building & construction company.

James was recommended to us and we engaged him as a Construction Manager for one of our Residential/Commercial $20+ million projects comprising of 35 apartments and shops, completed over a 15 month period during 2013-2014.
James was responsible for the overall running, including programming, scheduling, ordering materials, supervising contractors, and including the day to day running of the whole project.
The project was completed on time and on budget, and we were very pleased with James” performance. Soon after, James formed his own Construction Company, which we have engaged on various other residential and commercial projects.
